The Parkdale-Mordialloc-Mentone area is a great location for executives accompanied by their families whether on temporary appointment or relocating to Melbourne.

The number of relocating families who settle permanently in the area after spending time in one of our apartments attests to the “fit” of the district for families.

Facilities in the area are excellent for all family members, from infants to teenagers to spouses and even grandparents! The area is generally flat, which makes it easy to move around, the streets are tree-lined and quiet, child, health and education services are excellent, and there is a wealth of recreational and sporting opportunities available for people of all ages. The beaches and bay are child-friendly.
