Commuting

Our apartments are ideally located for executives working in Melbourne's Central Business District, near southern and eastern business precincts, the south-eastern and bay-side business and industry sectors, and the Mornington Peninsula.

Search for Parkdale and Mordialloc on Google Earth of Google Maps so you can see for yourself. All our apartments are located within minutes of the Parkdale or Mordialloc train stations which which provide 30-35 minute commuting to the CBD, 20 minutes to the regional hub at Caulfield and bus connections to other destinations.

The major commuting road artery towards the CBD or south to the Mornington Peninsula is the Nepean Highway, which is within a minute or two by car from all the apartments. There is excellent road access to industrial and commercial precincts to the east: Braeside and Mordialloc precincts are just five to ten minutes drive; Keysborough, Springvale South, and Dandenong only minutes more. Similarly, the industrial and commercial precincts to the north, Mentone East, Cheltenham East, and Moorabbin, are all only a five to ten minute drive.

Moorabbin Regional Airport, with light aircraft and helicopter charter, regional and recreational aviation services, is ten minutes drive away.
